We sadly never got to see Joanie after spending 17 years in NZ even though her new foal was born just a few miles away from us here in Santa Ynez. Have to remember to stop and smell the roses! Great to have had Ken come and stay overnight before the Polo Tournament in SB last weekend! A wonderful woman, always very kind to me.

Joanie Joan Berry you are so fondly remembered. I will never forget back at SIR how you offered all of your then older child's infant clothes to me for my newborn son Myles Johnson back in 1974 and you were concerned that I might be offended by the gift of second-hand infant clothing. Mind you that all these items were ones that you had purchased from Harrods in the UK. Hah My son has not been so elegantly dressed since then. Love you Joanie...always will. Annette B. My first sip of Champagne was from Joanie. So many memories of this wonderful lady! Road Runner Inn to the original Go Honey Polo Tournament. I will miss her so much.
